We encourage you to activate your personal Tenant Portal. This portal will allow you to securely schedule, pay, and track your rent payments conveniently online. If you should experience a routine property issue, please let us know through our online system. We will prioritize and schedule your problem for prompt resolution. If you have a property emergency, where property or tenant safety is at risk, please notify us immediately.

At JWS Properties, we own the properties we manage. We find ourselves maintaining them like we live there ourselves. We appreciate our long-term tenants and those who take care of our units as if they were their own. We encourage all residents to be good neighbors and the leave common areas as they were found.
